GLO-DJIGBÉ INDUSTRIAL ZONE ZÈ-BÉNIN (GDIZ)

GDIZ, a public-private partnership between the Republic of Benin and ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (ARISE IIP), a pan-African leader in the development and operation of world-class industrial parks and ecosystems, is an integrated industrial zone covering 1,640 hectares and focused on creating prosperous value chains ranging from raw material sourcing and resource processing to the export of finished products.

GDIZ aims to offer investors a gateway to the African landscape by providing them with infrastructure, a business-friendly environment, and support throughout the value chain of their products, thanks to our ecosystem approach. The zone is strategically located on a highway connected to the airport and the Port Autonome de Cotonou (PAC) and will be close to the future railway line.
